From CAD Cutting Drawing to Dry-Laid Casino Floor
The Incheon Casino floors are built from thousands of individually waterjet-cut marble and brass pieces — black, white and brown stone assembled into checkerboards, 3D cubes, radial wheels and circular medallions. For every pattern we engineer a numbered cutting drawing, waterjet each piece, then dry-lay the complete design flat in our factory and check it against the drawing before a single tile ships. This is the same documented waterjet workflow we have used on casino and integrated-resort projects in South Korea, Vietnam and Macau.
Pattern Engineering — Drawing Matched to Cut Stone
Numbered waterjet cutting drawings, dry-laid for verification
Each floor pattern starts as a fully dimensioned cutting drawing in which every piece is numbered and colour-coded by material. We waterjet-cut the marble and brass strictly to that drawing, then dry-lay the finished pattern flat on the workshop floor and compare it one-to-one with the CAD layout. Only after the dry-laid pattern is verified — joints, alignment, colour match — is it numbered, crated and released for shipment. Circular Checkerboard — 180.14 m²
A 180.14 m² hollow circular field of black-and-white triangular marble. The numbered radial cutting drawing (left) is matched against the dry-laid stone (right) so every triangle and the brass ring border line up perfectly before shipment.
3D Cube Illusion
A three-dimensional cube optical pattern in white, black and brown marble. The tessellation drawing is dry-laid and verified, then installed in the casino — shown here in a finished restroom with matching black stone fixtures.
Interlocking Rings Field
An interlocking-ring field of white marble with brass rings (drawing ref. WST-05). The repeating circle geometry is waterjet-cut, dry-laid and confirmed before it becomes the lobby and gaming-floor paving.
Greek-Key Bordered Panel
A white-marble panel framed by a brass-and-black Greek-key border with a central ring. The 2500 × 3630 mm setting-out drawing is matched to the cut stone, then installed as a feature corridor floor.
Radial Wheel Medallion
A spoked wheel medallion in black marble with brass spokes and a ringed border. The segmented drawing numbers every spoke and arc so the round medallion assembles true on the casino floor.
Floral Ring Medallions
A run of black, white and brass floral-ring medallions. Each is waterjet-cut and dry-laid in sequence, then set into the polished cream-marble corridor as a repeating feature.
Grand Oval Medallion
A large elliptical medallion (drawing ref. Phase 1-B) in dark and white marble with a banded ring. The full medallion is dry-laid flat in the factory — at workshop scale you can see the complete pattern resolve before crating.
