Natural stone quality is more than the appearance of one sample. For a successful project, the material must also match the agreed specification, arrive in the required quantity and remain protected through delivery.
Sun Young Stone treats quality control as a shared responsibility with every client. Before production, our team reviews the stone type, color range, finish, thickness, dimensions, edge details, quantity and intended application. Confirming these points early helps prevent avoidable misunderstandings later.
During production, inspection focuses on visible characteristics and measurable details. Depending on the order, this can include surface consistency, natural variation, cracks, resin repairs, edge quality, calibration, polishing, waterjet or CNC details and dimensional tolerance. Natural stone is a geological material, so the goal is not to remove its character but to ensure that the delivered selection is suitable and consistent with the approved reference.
Before loading, finished products are checked again against the packing list and project requirements. Photos, measurements and packing information help create a clear record for the customer. Strong crates, protected corners and stable internal supports then reduce the risk of damage during transport.
Quality control works best when communication is specific. Product drawings, approved samples, inspection points and clear delivery instructions give both sides the same reference. If a project has special expectations, tell us before production so the inspection plan can reflect them.
